This year our division of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce ( 60 guests)decided to have dinner in Unionville,Ontario.We decided to go to a good italian restaurant,so we picked La Grotta Restaurant.We picked well and our evening turned out to be one of the best in recent memory.My lamb was spectacular so was The other guests'dishes.We sampled the all menu.The service staff was professional and attentive.But I think the best compliments have to go to the chef and his staff.Some of our guests were retired chefs and also members of the Federation of Chefs and they were very pleased to see that the food was very tasty and beautifully presented.Chef Franco also came to the dining room and mingled with the guests and surprisingly was down to earth.Best wishes for your beautiful restaurant.Keep on doing a great job.
This restaurant made us feel just like our honeymoon in Italy!!! From the beginning we saw the beautiful decor and atmosphere to how friendly and knowledgeable the servers were, we knew that our 35th wedding anniversary was going to be unforgetable. We got to picked a great private corner table with dim light and lid candles " the most romantic spot" in our opinion. When the food arrived, we smelled some delightful flavours. We couldn't resist the delicious demi glace and the tenderness of both meats. It was so tasty and it melted in our mouths. At the end, the server brought us a beautiful homemade tiramisu with a candle on it and wished us a happy anniversary. In other words, we couldn't have been more pleased or happy with the service and food that La Grotta provides. It became the best dinner we ever had with my wife in such a special night for us. We really recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy with his/her partner or even family groups. See you again soon! Thanks once again.

The resaurant was busy when we got there.It was our first time there and we were very well taken care.The food was very well presented and very tasty.The homemade desserts were delightful.The wine choice that our waiter suggested matched really well with our meal.This restaurant would be suitable for our office function.We will be back soon.
