Brejesh was amazing! He went through every nook and cranny of the new home we had purchased and pointed out everything. He was very professional and helped us out tremendously. I contracted Brejesh and scheduled an appointment. Brejesh is very knowledgable and a great communicator. I was very impressed by the inspection: he found many issues and explained in great detail the issues and potential fixes.
We had a leak between our upstairs bathroom and our dining room ceiling. Brejesh came over and found our problem (it was the toilet!). He was able to show me the moisture in the ceiling with an infrared camera and used a moisture reader to check all other areas of the bathroom. He was so thorough and gave me huge peace of mind. He was amazing. I cant recommend him enough.
Brejesh did a thermal heat scan of our house to identify any areas that were lacking insulation. He took the time to explain to us the results... this was the 2nd time weve worked with him on a home inspection and think hes great.
