I was Pleasantly Surprised by Mr.Davda's Work. What started as a sensible, essential pre-purchase strategy, turned into a fairly thorough question and answer 3 hour session with Brejesh. At the end I got a Useful Compellation of all his findings observations assessments, & diagnostics. Brejesh sent me a 52 page Manual, with photos, descriptions and explanations of the older condo I am contemplating purchasing. His very indebt Compilation is organize into 7 different Categories: Indispensable!

Brejesh was able to fit our inspection in on very short notice, and he was very thorough. He not only identified a lot of problems, but was very helpful in supplying potential solutions. He had a lot of helpful explanations, and was very clear about things that needed to be fixed right now, and things that could wait.
