She got back to me immediately and not only offered to help on short notice, but actual came to my house to show us how to use the clippers and help get him cleaned up. We had originally been recommended to this clinic to see Dr. Sutter,for whom we had been given the highest praises, however we were assigned Dr. Armstrong at the time of our first visit. He is just so amazing with our golden retriever! It isnt hard to tell he loves animals and this is his calling. Our family has been vacationing in the North Bay area for years and last summer we brought our 90lb pup with us. After a week of camping he was in pretty rough shape so we brought him to North Bay Pet Care before making the long trip home. It was a great idea, he was nice and clean for the drive home and he seemed to really enjoy it. We also like how little time it took and that it was environmentally friendly.
