Auberge St-Gabriel
The gourmet BBQ red carpet of St-Gabriel marks the beginning of the festivities of the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Several events will follow, from gourmet meals crafted by the best chefs to parties with DJs including Sleepy & Boo from New York, Jacobus from Parlour in Toronto, and DAF.
Auberge Saint Gabriel is going all-out for brunch, especially since they don’t usually open for brunch. With a set price, you can have your fill of pastries including chocolatines, brioches, and croissants. And while the menu has not been finalized just yet, last year it included a white bean soup with maple braised pork, as well as a Swiss cheese and onion tart.
The inn on the street of the same name awaits you for a meal spent in a relaxed atmosphere. There’s a midday chalkboard menu and in the evening, you can enjoy a braised veal cheek, the fish of the day, a beef fillet, a Swiss fondue, leg of lamb, a filet mignon of pork or organic piglet from the Beaurivage farm. Save room for the chocolate and pumpkin cake!
