I paid 100$ for a part that cost only 8$. During my phone conversation , i did ask for price of the part and they didn't want to let me know the cost . since I knew the price, didn't think much until I had to pay for the repair. be very careful with price of the parts and get quote upfront before committing to repair. now heading to google for review.
If I could give 0 stars I would! They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They gave us at least 5 fake dates with bogus excuses each time. Moreover, they are more expensive than others. Avoid at all costs!
Outstanding service from Dan! Called him and he came to the house on the same day. He knew exactly what my garage doors needed to run like brand new doors! Doesn’t try and up sell you gadgets and repairs that you don’t need! Honest, reliable, and most importantly, a local! You will not be disappointed!
Not Pleased at all.
They dropped pile of garbage and just promised to pick up, but never did. Same with Aluminum flashing, just promises. Claims that some mythical contractor should come and do it. I would suggest putting strict dates and term into the contract.
