Came twice to install and have still not finished.
This is the second time we purchase a heat pump unit from this installer. When we had the last setup installed in our previous home they scheduled a date and missed it and then schduled again and mised it again. Both times we had to coall to find out why they did not come!!! Finally after yelling over the phone and getting a firm confirmation they came.
Now in our new home, we decided to get another wall mounted heat pump. So far they've come on 2 separate days to install the unit but the first day they stayed only 2 hours and left and said someone would call us to reschedule. Someone did, so the second time they came they stayed all morning but still it is not finished installing. They said someone would contact us to reschedule... I called, as no one called us, and spoke to someone the day after they came the second time to find out when they would come and the man said he would have someone get back to us... I have not heard back from them in 4 days now...
Awesome service, No?... You could say that we should have chosen someone else but let me tell you they were the lesser of two evils. The only reason why we went with these guys again was because they are certified to install the units we wanted, they financed through Home Depot, and the other competitor we didn't trust.
The workmanship is good, it's the time management that lacks big time... Each time I need to miss a day of work!!! Maybe they should pay me those days... I'll need to call again and most likely YELL to get stuff finished...
