I brought my 8 year old Aussie for the first time today to get his nails cut and to trim the hair on the feet. Sadly he was too terrified to go down the stairs to the entrance door. Hard to lift an 80 pound dog! I couldn bring Zack to Johanne, so Johanne came to Zack! She brought her cutters and clippers outside to do the job! Kneeling on the cold ground she accomplished a beautiful job with a cheery sense of humour and a big kiss for Zack. Your dog is in excellent hands with Johanne.

Brought my little dog in for his first haircut today. He looks great and I will definitely be going back! Very kind and friendly staff.

in the pas had a lot of trouble to find someone who can trim my Chiwawa's nail the last place they cut the so short she bled; now i found a place i know will take good care of my dog's nail, she is very friendly and my dog is not afraid to go there.
