Five cedar trees bought and planted in May 2016 by Arboriste Expert Conseil have died. We contacted this company on April 28, 2017, May 18, 2017 and June 15, 2017 and basically were given the "brush off." On June 22, 2017 someone from this company came and took pictures of these trees and said he would contact his boss but he left without giving us any information and since then we have not heard directly from this company. The initial contact for warrant claim was within the one year period.
