they also install AKWA leak detection systems, I have had at least six false alarms in one year, Their support people told me it was impossible and they have been rude on the phone and they refused to come and investigate or replace the 2 detectors that have been problematic. I wish I knew what I know now I would not have wasted my money with this company.

Fausse garanti, très très mauvais service et mensonges. Je n’ai eu aucune démonstration que le service après-vente existait et suite à un dégât d’eau, aucun support et m’a garantie (achat de moins de 7 ans) n’a pas été honoré car ils n’ont pas envoyer un technicien sur place: nous les avons appeler 3 fois le soir du sinistre!!

They install the wrong hot water tank, and they charge me more then the original quote, poor customer service, they do anything to charge more.

Very poor service ! Horrible customer service ! They damaged my property and do want to take responsibility for what their technicians did ! Horrific I will never renew again! Do not contact them

je suis vraiment dessus de cette compagnie plus une semaine pour résoudre mon problème et jusqu'à maintenant sans succès service à la clientèle manque de professionnalisme j'ai perdu 2h par jour just on fin de compte tu reçois une personne qui te dit au téléphone " bye bye j'ai pas le temps pour toi" j'ai jamais vu ça mais malheureusement j'ai pas vérifié les commentaires avant ils sont habitués de le faire des gens impoli et malheureusement jusqu'à maintenant ils ont pas résolu mon problème
