As a first time customer, I have to say I am impressed. The website is intuitive and I like how they show the prices from different airlines. The prices are all very affordable and all fees are displayed properly, so you will know how much you will really need to pay for.
Their flight tickets are very affordable and so are the deals. When booking online, I usually stick to the travel agency giants but JustFly is a small company that can equal to that of the biggest travel agencies. The only issue I've ever encountered is the long waiting time before I get connected to their hotline.
My opinion may be a bit biased, considering that I am a Canadian and JustFly is a Canadian company after all. But good service deserves to be praised so here I am. I would have given it five stars if they also offered hotels but that's beside the point :)
