Flowers By Design

My favourite florist! I was out of town last week & unable to attend a very emotional & important event. I needed to do something special. Described the situation to Shannon at Flowers by Design, she put my mind at ease & promised to take care of everything. She actually went to another store, purchased the perfect accompanying gift, wrapped it & delivered it along with a beautiful arrangement. Customer service beyond expectations. She is amazing.

Love,love,love fresh flowers, accondating and talented this is the only place i get my flower arrangements from ..Shannon is so creative and i love that you can tell her what you would like an she exceeds your expectations!!! Definately 5 stars for me!!!

Bad Customer Service

The florist did not receive my order until 2 days later, at which point, the visitation and funeral were already over. She called me after she got the order and was barely apologetic about the delay. The flowers were delivered after three days, were not what I ordered and part of my message was omitted. Same day delivery and satisfaction guarantees on website are useless. Florist refused to make a partial refund of my payment as she said she made the arrangement fuller due to late delivery.
