Canadian Tire General Store

I went to the Welland Canadian Tire store twice today! First time I spent around $120. Went back an hour or so later to purchase some ASTRO turf. The product was in the warehouse and they had no samples to show. The woman employee who was helping me was nice...the gentleman employee who she asked about samples was very rude. He said the owner makes millions and losing my 1 sale won't hurt him! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IM THAT CANADIAN TIRE EVER AGAIN!

Best thing I ever did was get a Canadian credit card, Now I shop there all the time with there 12 month deals ( interest free), there no quibble returns, and there great helpful staff...

I had an excellent experience today with this store and manager Josh. I called, in a panic because my kids had bought me a 12 foot tree last year for christmas, and of course I never checked the box. We started to open the box and locate all the pieces to find out that there should have been two boxes. Well, they were amazing at the store and now I have a complete tree. Thank you
