Can't believe that a gift certificate for $50 will not be honoured. I purchase a this certificate on Aug 27/20 and Covid-19 then hit. The spa themselves were closed From Mar 23 to Apr 2 and then Dec 14 for 28days. I'm not one to complain, but these were circumstances that were beyond our control. Not to mention spa over the phone were very rude.
