This is an everyday diner, there is nothing about it that makes it stand out from any other diner/restaurant I've been to. The food is mostly average, the lettuce/tomato tasted the same as any out of season produce you buy at the supermarket. It appears that whomever does the shopping bases their selection on whatever they see first and not on what is freshest.
One word of note, if you are asthmatic I recommend that you carry your medication with you, my server was wearing overbearing perfume to the point of being cloying, the scent of it lingered in the air well after she had moved on. I prefer to smell my food and not the person serving it. (I did have to ask for another fork, as the one at my table had dried food on it.)
I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. I had a Grilled Sandwich with Bacon, Egg & Cheese with a Cream of Broccoli Soup. The sandwich was great and the soup was to die for - so creamy and made from scratch too! It was ready in minutes, so anyone could be in and out of there on their lunch break without a problem, even though the place was packed. I looked around and was very impressed by how clean and tidy this place was. All the staff, including the chef, was very friendly. The biggest surprise, was when I got to the till and saw how affordable it was! When you get great food, which is affordable, a spotless restaurant, friendly staff with good service, what else could you possibly want.......well, there was one thing - I don't prefer booths or stools, but it is part of the classic diner atmosphere and all the other benefits definitely outweigh this one very minor detail.

Everyone was so friendly, the food came quick and we left full. What more could you want? Bottom line I would recommended this restaurant to any friend! I hear they are opening evening next week to!
We didn't expect much when we pulled into the parking lot and we weren't disappointed.
The food/atmosphere was of average quality and nothing set this "Diner" apart from the hundreds of other "mom and pop" diners that dot the landscape all across the country.
The service was okay, and our waitress was friendly enough, one thing though, she was so skinny we thought that maybe she was sick or something.
I ordered a burger and fries and my wife had a toasted sandwich. As long as you don't mind that the "cook" makes it his way no matter what you specify then you won't be terribly upset.
I ordered my burger medium and it came well done, the toast was ordered light and came dark, the bacon was a little undercooked and the tomato was mushy.
We won't bother stopping there again as there are other diners that offer more for the same amount of money and for the most part give you what you order.
I would be very surprised to see this place still in business a year from now. (Visited Feb. 10th/11)
One last note, they close at 2pm so if you are looking to have supper you'll have to look somewhere else.
