I think she is the same woman on Instagram. @tiannastreats She cancelled on us twice for the Cake Tasting then she refused to give us back our $40 dollars because she "claims" she brought the supplies already? If you were going to meet us eventually the money that you were going to use to make us cake again should have came to us. She's really disgustingly unprofessional. This business needs to shut down.

I gave her my deposit and ordered my graduation cake and some shortbread cookies. The day of my event she cancelled TWO HOURS BEFORE and then told me I "didn't have to be rude" when I told her this was unprofessional. She then told me to give her a FEW DAYS to get my deposit returned. When I explained that it was ridiculous and I wanted my deposit back sooner she said to give her a few hours... then she stopped answering me. I've been trying to get a hold of her since and no response..

I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. I was at a wedding recently, which purchased the cake from Tianna's Treats. Not only was the cake delivered almost 3 hours late, the assembly and decorating was horrible. Parts of the cake were burnt, and others were undercooked.

Utter failure - ruined wedding cake

I would never use this company. I was recently at a wedding and the cake was horrible. Badly decorated (in fact vaguely obscene), patched fondent, fillings that were paid for were not present, the cake tilted and slid like the leaning tower of Piza. And was over two hours late.
