Kal Tire

I've been a customer of this location for years and I've always been impressed by their friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Today was no exception with Derek and a young lady (I didn't get her name) at the counter. I'd also like to highlight their tire tech James who's very passionate about what he does and throughly explained the procedure that was performed on my car.

Horrible C/S. I called last week to purchase 2 tires, scheduled to come in the following week to install. The day before I rec’d a reminder text msg for my appt. I drove 30mins that morning and was told that the tires I ordered was discontinued. I asked why I didn’t get a phone call and was told, ‘I was off yesterday’. Luckily we picked another tire and was able to get it on the truck from the warehouse as the truck hadn’t left yet. Had to wait for the delivery ... What a joke!!!

Fantastic - quick and informative, accommodating, helped arrange mine and my Girlfriend’s car on the same day concurrently. Will definitely be a client for a while!

Had four new tires installed and within a year I have had to return nine times due to leaking and flat tires. On one occasion the shop workers drove my vehicle into a steel light-pole causing thousands of dollars in damages... and didn't so much as even offer an apology - this included front-desk staff. I made an extremely poor decision the day I purchased tires at this place but..never ever again!

Very happy with the great workmanship, I've never had to return for any job done here, nor do I have one single complaint which is so not like me. My brother is fleet manager of transportation in Saskatchewan and also uses Kal tire for his fleet of trucks. Thanks Kal Tire keep up the good work.

I called the loca...

I called the local number for this Kal Tire on a Monday to ask if they stored winter tires. I was told they did and that no appointment was necessary to drop them off. I took Wednesday morning off work, drove 30 minutes to this location only to be told they only store tires they sell. How disappointing, I had actually called ahead to make sure of this and ended up wasting an entire morning off work to trying to deal with this. When I called back the number the lady said indeed that store only takes tires they sell because it's small. This would have been helpful information my first call. Horrible customer service!

Had an issue with...

Had an issue with my winter tires that were steel rims on my Audi. The issue was that when I go on the highway that the car starts shaking. After the mechanic name Graham had found out the issue was a defective rim I got my money back from the rims that I've brought and got better rims from Kal Tires. Thanks to Graham my car is now back to normal and I know where to go from now on for any car issues like this. Thanks Graham and all of Kal Tires for resolving this nightmare.
