Gary showed up promptly to our appoinment, he was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable my spouse and I felt no sales pressure our water issues were handled with great care and we will definitely recommend this company, we live in rural peterborough and our water has been a major issue and our neighbors have decided to use this company as well! Very poor customer service. Sold defective product and would not exchange it. Owner would not resolve the issue. Will not go back.
