We are a low stress clinic! At Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital we believe that your pet’s experience at our hospital should be a positive one. We are committed to doing whatever it takes to making you and your pet feel as comfortable and calm as possible during your visit here! Low stress handling, distraction techniques, minimal restraint exams, Feliway and Adaptil diffusers are a few of the methods we use routinely. We also offer clients the option to be present while their pet is being sedated for surgical procedures and waking up from surgical procedures. Our team is happy to tailor an exam to suit the needs of your pet, whatever they might be. Most of our patients can’t wait to come through the door to see us again.

We make our patients feel at home! At Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital we practice a high level of nursing care to ensure that our patients are as comfortable as possible during their stay here. Patients are provided with warm towels and heating blankets after surgery, anti-nausea medication if needed and also medication for anxiety if they are an anxious pet. Animals that are hospitalized are taken outside for walks, given food and lots of love and attention! We only perform a few procedures each day so that we can spend extra time reassuring an anxious patient, closely monitoring patients in recovery and providing excellent nursing care and TLC!     Sherbrooke Heights has been our vet of choice for the past 13.5 years and we are very pleased with the quality of care and the compassion showed to us over the years. Having a pet is one of the most rewarding investment that you can make, but it can also be one of the hardest decisions you have to make. Unfortunately a dogs lifespan is alot shorter than humans and so it is inevitable that you will have to say goodbye before you are truly ready to let your fur baby go.
