Today was the third consecutive time that I paid for a car wash that didn’t deliver. First, like always, there was no print receipt available upon using my credit card. When I pulled in the computer said to back up, go forward many times....it was obviously broken. No attendant, no contact number and another customer who paid for vacuum service, but got none. Also no answer when I tried to call. Where is the lost art of customer service?
