Absolutely do not get anything cleaned here, they destroyed the fur trim on my jacket. There’s now a big bald spot in it because they destroyed the skin underneath that holds the fur together. They even tried gaslighting me, saying the fur was fake and glued on. It’s real and not glued, only sewn where the seams are. They also said it would be finished in 2 weeks, instead, more than a month later, was it finished and not even a good clean. Absolutely avoid this place, terrible service.

I brought my jacket they change my Zipper they are nice people they have done my jacket the way that I wanted it and on time! I recommend you guys go here!

Came here with 3 pants, 2 brand new. Was told my pants would be more expensive because of the stitching but I was fine with this as they were expensive pants. Since they were reversible a nice stitch is needed. Picked them up 2 days later, and the gentlemen had no idea which pants were mine; they were all just thrown in an unorganized pile on a desk with other people's pants. When given the pants, I noticed the stitching was not what I was told it would be. I told him I was not pleased and the stitching was unacceptable as they can no longer be worn on the other side. I said I would have gone to the store that sells them if I knew they would look like this (they actually do the hemming for free) but I had 2 other pairs that needed to be done and from a different company. Gentlemen showed no sympathy and told me the stitching I expected would have been 25$ And I should have just got there. I actually inspected them when I got out to the car and had to take them back in as there was already a hole in the hem. Not worth it, I could have done the same or even better job myself. Will not be back. Hope this saves someone else this hardship.
