ALERT!
Let's start.. the first photo is like my hair was, the photo next door is what I wanted. I asked to cut my hair four fingers and they cut me more than half. The following photos are from the final result. They definitely RUINed my hair.
The staff is very friendly but DO NOT go here for balayage. Balayage is supposed to be a blended, soft look. What I got was a grown out foil look with very harsh lines. The salon would not refund any of my money but offered to have me back in to fix it for free -- unfortunately I don't trust the stylist to correct it. Disappointed and sad about how I look.
My daughter arranged to have a French twist up do for my son's wedding at Clips Hair Salon at Oakville Place. The receptionist booked her with a stylist named Melissa and was assured that Melissa had extensive experience with Up dos. Turned out Melissa had no experience with up dos and could barely do a bun. The hair was a mess and had to be redone by the makeup artist doing her makeup at a professional salon. Dont go here if you want professional work.
Horrible !!!! Stay far far away of this Salon. !!!!!!! The staff spend all their time in their cellulars rather than take care of customers . Very poor management practices too. The irakian lady who did my hair was talking with her colleagues and checking her phone . She left the chemical in hair for too long so she totally burned my hair. Left me with gray and pink damage hair. The manager tried to fix by putting gold color but it did not work out . Now I have a orange damage dry hair an
I was in today to check to see if my stylist was available for a wash. The manager I spoke with was very rude. She actually accused me of harassment in front of everyone in the store. I suffer from social anxiety and this experience really affected me badly. It was humiliating and Indiscreet. I don't think I can go back now.
