I had my first experience at this spa and was not impressed with the lack of knowledge demonstrated in the quality of services offered. Sub standard pedicure, very little exfoliation, cuticle management was poor and the massage was hardly noticeable. I wished I was the lady beside me as she was getting a way better pedi than I was!! My manicure was horrible, the nail polish did not even cover my entire nail, it took forever and no arm and hand massage either.. There was no heat in this place, the temperature was at 21 Celsius on one of the coldest days of the year.. My facial was not even enjoyable because I was so cold , literally shaking to the bone. The owner offered me tea while I was having my facial ( I had already been there three hours). The staff are nice but their skill set is subpar when it comes to executing an excellent facial. I will never return to this spa. Truly unfortunate! 40 th bday let down
