For a restaurant called "the open Cork", we have to say the wine list was horrible....the wine list was less then a page long....
Service was extremly slow...not friendly at all!!!!!!!! There were flies everywhere and the meals were not what we expected.... big portions.... but good luck finishing a few bites!!!!! Maybe we just came to the restaurant on the chefs "off" day.... but we will definetly not be visiting this franchise ever again!!!!!!!! Only recommend it for a beer on the patio!!!!!!!!!! Wast of time and money!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been at open cork many times and lets say i will never go back again. 5 mins in to our dinner the waitress gives me attitude b/c i told her the drink she put in front of me isn't mine. Service was horrible. We waited about 45 mins to get our food which was cold when it got to us. If you wanted a beer your minimum wait was 20 mins. So we started ordering beer in large quanties so we didn't have to wait for another one after finishing the first one..
To make things worse we had to end our night and ask for our bill after the waitress used a bad name b/c he complained to the owner that she wasn't serving us. We ordered 20 shots b/c it was my girlfriends bday so we were celebrating. The server brought us 18 shots but not the full twenty. so after waiting for over 20 mins her husband complained to the owner and i guess the owner talked to her and when she came back out to the patio she starting yelling at him and called him that word. WHO DOES THAT. We spend over 800 bucks at this place. Waitress got big fat 0 of a tip for that. we wouldve spend lots more $$$ at the place if this whole thing didn't happen and she would got a big fat tip.

That was my first visit to the place and definitely not the last. The food was amazing but the service was what made me hooked on the place. If u go there i recommend Anita in the lounge to serve you for she makes your visit a memorable one.
