Absolutely horrifying experience!! Rajaa left my hair completely uneven. She was 20 min late in seeing me and rushed through my entire haircut. Before she started I asked her for a long bob and showed her a picture of what i wanted. I honestly think she just started cutting with no direction. She cut my hair so short that we were unable to do the bob. I left the shop crying because of how bad it looked. Her coworker tried to fix it but he made it worse and then told me that it was just hair. D

First of all I was referred to this place by a very trustworthy person. He even showed up with me to do the intro. I asked the barber a certain cut where he doesn't touch anything above a line I drew for him 3 times. He took the hair clippers and treated my head with vengeance! I ended up with number 1 all over my head and a peacock front! Then he goes this is what you asked for. Horrible hair cut. My hair was 4 inches long and I left their place with no more than 0.1 inch. Stay away. Rude ppl.

The staff were SO nice but unfortunately the woman who did my hair did a truly terrible job. I showed them a photo of a subtle, ashy ombre, and left with blotchy, uneven, ORANGE hair covering my entire head (my natural colour is black). They were closing by the time we finished (took 5h) so I couldn't ask them to fix it and when I called the next day, they said they don't do refunds. Overall, the cut was fine but do *not* get your hair coloured here!
