Way over priced for the level of service and...

Way over priced for the level of service and quality of food. Although the food was okay there are so many other restaurants in the city that do way better than this place. Will never go back

After having to wait 45mins for a table, we...

After having to wait 45mins for a table, we finally were seated, another 10min wait for someone to finally bring us water. Must say, was very slow in getting service, and she never come back to check on us after we received our main dishes. When we got our appetizers, we were kindly asked by the manager if we could move to accommodate a party that changed it booking time. (he offered the appetizers for free, wasn't a problem moving). Found the shanghai noodles rather bland, and was cold when it arrived. My wife wasn't overly impressed with her meal, the rolls were very very greasy and all you can taste was the grease. Can't say I'll be back again, but the reviews others have given made this place appealing. Who knows, we might give it another shot, but I wouldn't personally recommend this place.

I live close to Axia, and have been there many...

I live close to Axia, and have been there many times. Unfortunately, I only had good service on two occasions. The waitresses are painfully slow and unprofessional. They never check up on you during the meal. In the past we have been charged for items we did not order. I love Axia, but unfortunately the service has been bad far too many times, as they are a relatively new restaurant. I have given them the benefit of the doubt many times but on my last visit I decided that I would no longer dine there. While I do like the food, I find it expensive for what you are getting. The atmosphere is nice.
