My girlfriends phone would not turn on so we decided to go seek the help of an Apple Genius at this store. After waiting for our appointment it only took the genius 5 minutes to run test on the phone and tell us it wouldn’t be possible to turn the phone on again. He made sure to try and upsell us on a new Iphone but we refused and went home. I thought I would give it a go myself and I plugged it into my computer and did a restore through Itunes and let it charge and it turned on.
