Swiss Chalet

As soon as my daughter and I had lunch I started feeling sick. After spending a good amount of time in the bathroom I came back and spoke to the manager. Instead of apologizing or asking me if I feel better he tried to argue with me. Yes he refunded our money but he didn't want to listen when we tried to tell him the chicken was cold and tasted kind of different. I just didn't want other people to go trough the same thing! I would never go back!

I just received my order and this was in my dinner. I really don’t know wtf this is but not supposed to be in my meal? Has bone in it I could of choked on this? OMG CARELESS. I am vegetarian as well hence no meat ordered on it. Extremely concerning and very disappointing.

Ordered 2quarter chicken meal s and 1 full back rib dinner. Missing French fries in rib order. All orders not warm. Chicken over cooked and dry. Rib portion very small compared to what you get if you dine in. Not happy at all with the dinners. Delivery person not very friendly.

I ordered take out from this restaurant one...

I ordered take out from this restaurant one evening. I was disgusted! The ribs were nothing but fat and gristle, the rice was hard like it had sat under heat being kept warm for ages and the vegetables were watery. I packed my dinner back up to return it only to find the restaurant closed for the night. Upon returning home I decided to try to complain via internet, only to find no feedback or contact us button on their parent companies website. I'd rather be told "Sorry we are not cooking anymore tonight" than get the old leftovers from the day's business....that's certainly what it seemed like.
