My sideplate and cutlery was obviously dirty, and it took a lot of effort to get them replaced. My husband's pasta included garlic bread. There was a long hair on the bread. When this was mentioned to the waiter, rather than taking the whole plate and replacing the whole meal, he just picked up the bread (with his hand and brought a new one from the kitchen. Who knows if the hair touched the pasta since it was dangling on the bread. No apologies or discounts on the bill.
My girlfriends and I thought that we would celebrate the end of the school year with a dinner and night "on the town".
When we walked in we werent too sure where to go, and no one told us to be seated for at least 5 minutes. Once we were seated, it took the waitress another 10 mintues to come over and take our drink order. Then she did not come back.we saw her talking at the bar, wandering around..doing nothing. she had obviously forgotton about us. I understand if the place was busy and the service bar was packed full of new drink orders coming in, but no...nothing, what was the excuse? Never again....
