we always like it

I guess we could be considered regulars ,as we go at least once a week. The service in my opinion is great even when the server is all by herself on a busy wing night. As for the review with the $50 certificate they did have a sign on the front door, I saw it there for quite some time. The food is always good but if there is a problem they rectifiy it for us. So Im thinking most people that say they have had bad experiences with the girls being rude is just unfounded , never seen that myself. I have seen alot of loud pushy people in there and they still try to be nice.

Just came home from a Valentine's dinner at DiMaggios. We haven't been there for a while, and went on line looking for the phone number to book a reservation and stumbled these reviews. Sorry to hear that some people have had bad experiences here, and to be honest, we almost didn't go because of them. But to all the haters, we just want to say that we are glad we went back because the food was as awesome as always! Service was great by Cheryl and we will definitely keep DiMaggios on our " A" list!!

awful, never again

Beef sandwich was a total bore. Cheap meat on a cheap bun no toppings. Ceasar Salad was okay, nothing special We had won a $50 gift certificate from a radio station that was supposed to be good until the end of December. Manager refused to take it even though it was only Dec 3rd. She said notices were up in the KITCHEN that they were no longer accepting them. Like customers can see through walls. Should have been posted on the front door. Finally, we just flat out refused to pay because we felt the certificate should be honoured. "Fine" she said, ripping the bill from our hands "I'll pay for your dinner!" We felt bad, but felt justified in standing up for ourselves. Honestly, the food just wasn't good and her attitude was awful. Really bad PR--She even said the radio station was printing coupons out at will and expecting them to honour all of them. Not my problem. We told her to take that up with the station. In the meantime, many saw her flying off the handle. Clearly a neighbourhood joint, they can have it. I won't be going back. This was my second trip there. First wasn't great either, though not as bad as this one.

We've been to Di'Maggio's a few times in the past year and thought their food was great and when I found out that they had a party room I booked my son's birthday there. The food was alright and the party room was good but the service was absolutely ridiculous. We asked for a high chair and never got it, not all of the food that we ordered was brought out and when we mentioned this it was brought out later on and was about 1/4 of the party size yet we were billed for the party size. Our guests had to keep going up to the bar and when the waitress did come in she didn't take everyone's order. The birthday cake, cookies, etc were brought out about 1/2 hour after we asked and then we had to wait another 1/2 hour for the bill. The bill was something else, we were charged tax on the automatic 15% gratuity...who pays tax on a tip?? Our guest weren't impressed...perhaps they should reconsider which staff run the parties because they just gave 24 people bad service...Will not go back and definitely would not reccomend a party there (at least not with the servers that we had).

a delight

My husband, son and I went there on a Friday night and even though it was quite busy we were seated promptly. Our waitress was very friendly and when we asked about their party room, she took the time to answer all our questions. We definately will be booking a party there. Food was great and served hot.
