I had slip covers made for a large sofa and chair and back cushions replaced. They fit perfectly and look like new. Someone came to my home to measure and the final stage involved them taking my furniture to the shop for ‘fitting.’ The whole process was fast and simple. Lisa Jo also has many books of material samples to choose from. I would definitely recommend Princess Perfect.
Once again, Princess Perfect did a spectacular job reupholstering my furniture. This time I chose a huge floral print and I was worried that it would over-power the small space both chairs are in. Because of brilliant pattern matching, the chairs look perfect in the space. I am so glad the staff took the extra time to match the pattern so well. Everyone was helpful and there was no grumbling about the second floor delivery. Another job beautifully done, thank you, Lisa Jo and staff.
I had 2 Danish teak period chairs and a sofa refinished here. The work was excellent and I am so delighted that these pieces can now take pride of place in my living room. I would get more work done here in a heartbeat. These are not bargain basement prices, but you most definitely get what you pay for--fantastic service and craftsmanship!
We have had two heirloom pieces reupholstered by Princess Perfect and are very pleased with both. Princess Perfect outsources the painting to a gentlemen who is very accommodating. He used milk paint at our request even though he doesn't normally work with it. He checked in frequently and shared pictures of the piece at various stages of the painting to ensure we were happy with the direction and that it was in keeping with our vision. The upholstery work is very well done as well!
From the moment I walked into the little Princess Perfect location, I knew it was perfect for me. The staff were VERY helpful in making suggestion for fabric choices that were in my price range. We had a slipper chair reupholstered and it looks better than when we first got it! You can sign out fabric books to help make your decision easier at home. Thank you for my new chair! Just picked up my new cushions and they look fabulous! It's amazing what you can do to spruce up a room by changing cushions. Princess Perfect did an amazing job. They even made the piping on the cream pillow match the blue pillows. Gorgeous! Next to get done are the tired and worn leather chairs - can't wait to see those.
