Kent has become my audio guy for basically everything from my custom car stereo to my home theatre setup. Very reasonable labour prices, and exceptional service! Really couldnt recommend enough, and it always feels good to support a Canadian small business.

Kent installed a new deck with my speakers and amp in my truck and added a rear view camera three years ago. The stereo and cam haver worked perfectly ever since and sounds great. Very professional!!!
I've never had a business open for me when they were supposed to be closed, but that is what is happened today. My after-market backup camera stopped working yesterday, AFTER I'd signed papers to trade it in for a new car! I couldn't take it in yesterday. He told me they were closed today. I'm getting my new car tomorrow, so today was the only day to get it fixed. He told me to meet him there at 11am! Almost an hour later and a small charge for labour, it's all fixed. Kent (owner) - you rock!
Awful experience, will not return. Never thought it would be so hard to spend my money somewhere... Called in 3 days in a row, and I understand they are busy, but noone would even let me book an install! The first time I was told "Maybe if I called back tomorrow I could come in" I called back and was told "well we aren't booking anyone in until two weeks from now" and gave me some excuse about how it was snowing? Needless to say there are many other Car Audio installers with a shred of customer service, I would avoid Keith's at all costs!!!
I called 6 other places & they all insisted I needed a piece for my audio deck installation that cost $100+. Called Keith's and they said I didn't need that extra piece at all. Installation came in at almost half what other places were quoting. They finished the job 30 minutes faster than originally quoted. They're honest people and take pride in their work and store. I would 100% recommend Keith's. Thank you so much!
My 50" Samsung would not come on anymore. They told me to bring it in. They ended up repairing it for a reasonable price. I felt that they were very honest with me. They have a nice TV show room too in case your TV is not economical to repair. Thanks for the good work Keith's!
