I go to chaps all the time because the food is amazing, and most of the time the service is good to. But there is one waitress who is not to pleasent, and argues with me when I am deciding what to eat, and because I am a teenager she seems to think that me and my friends don't deserve to be treated with respect. I do not like that especially since I am not rude to her. I really try to avoid getting her next time. Hopefully she left along with the old location.
The food was great. The best chicken wings in Burlington! The waitress was not the best. She did not come by often and took a long time to get food. The taco salad was ordered without meat for a vegitarian, but had some chicken in it!

Now, the wings are a still a solid 9.999. Other selections are hit or miss - but if the latter, not by too much. Remains a dependable staple watering hole - familiar, unpretentious, friendly.
Service can be inconsistent depending on your waitress, but this particular Chaps is famous for their "wings". You get the best Buffalo style chicken wings this side of the border and I'm not kidding.. you should try a party platter of breaded medium wings with snakebite sauce on the side. yum!
The food was great! I got the Peele Island Mushroom chicken. Huge meal had to take half of it home. Server was terrible. He argued with me when I asked for a take-out container at the beginning of my meal because I knew I would not eat it all. As well, he was not very knowledgable of the product (sizes for soup etc) and very rude!
I will not be going back because of the server.
