    Expect: 1. bad attitude from reception as every appointment the doctor or RMT will be late, both receptionist and patient will be frustrated 2. discrepancy is a norm. Remember always ask for the invoice before payment, as the billing is a mess! the clerk refused to give you a breakdown before you pay, but after you make the payment she will tell you the computer told her to charge the amount. 3. 60 minutes aroma massage will show on the invoice as 75 minutes hotstone therapy.
