Very bad moving experience. They have no bonded drivers at all and very lazy never return phone calls had to threaten them with police action report my property stolen from this 2 bit company..
I hired Royal Express for my long distance move & got caught up with their Flat rate service advertisement - don't trust them. After the pickup they started demanding for more money as compared to what was agreed in the contract and denied delivering my goods unless I paid the extra amount. It was a great hassle for me to get my goods back from them even after paying extra. I would never recommend using this company & trust them with your valuable belongings - Royal Express is just not worth it.
This is my third time using this company and i love them. ROYAL EXPRESS movers they're always on time, very professional, very friendly,there rates are the best.., they ensure that my furniture were properly warped and protected. If your ever thinking about moving small or large items don't hesitate to call them because they're the best in the GTA.Thanks ROYAL EXPRESS for the wonderful job you're doing.
Let me keep this short. We had to move early as the new owners were moving in the evening. Movers said they would come at 2pm. CAME AT 7:30pm. Had no tools, borrowed my drill, BROKE it and lost my bits. Had the nerve to ask for more money as they were staying late. Broke some of my furniture. Completely blackened my mattresses with grease from the truck. Chipped off my new walls. Ended up doing half the work for them, making runs with boxes and furniture in our cars. Won’t reimburse. Furious.
