I have been a regular client of Seema Bhayana. Macroglobal offers free consultation for first visit. I completely bank on Seema for genuine advice and successful cases. Recently, my nephew and my husband’s niece got Student visas smoothly through Seema. I referred a friend who wanted to invite her brother-in-law for the funeral of his father. Not only did it work out, Seema did not charge for all the services since it was related to death in the family. What a way to give back to the community!
I 100% agree with the above reviewer. Seema Bhayana is a highly unprofessional and rude person. The customer service is absolutely zero. Didn't even listen to my issue completely. Instead, started explaining the fees structure to me. Really a very bad experience, won't go again and won't recommend to anybody.
The worst consultation experience! I am not sure about the rest of the staff but, I went for a free consultation with Seema Bhayana. She is absolutely unprofessional when it comes to talking to her clients and is very rude. A bad listener. I walked out of the office very disappointed thanks to her attitude. Never going back to this place. Definitely don't recommend it. Immigration is a very important and sensitive issue and should not be done by people who do not know how to talk to their clients. I have no confidence in this specific person I dealt with.
