HORRIBLE, SLY BUSINESS!
1st they don't tell you that they only take cash- no credit.
2nd When they quote you they "forget" to tell you how much they charge for driver tip but you are charged that just before you set foot in the limo
3rd I thought I might have an 11th person in the 10 seater limo so I was told to expect to pay $25 extra for her which I was fine with but when everyone got in the limo there was only 9 of us. I called to ask this big boss if I could be refunded the $25 and he YELLED AT ME and then hung up the phone.... WHHHAAAT??
4th We paid for 3 different pickups and so I received multiple calls from the driver up to 2 mins before the actual time, asking us to come out- BUZZ KILL!
...Imagine you rented them for your wedding?! hah!
I get that they have other people to pick up but GEEZE! I paid for this so why do I feel like I am a hassle???? ...GOOD TIME LIMO, NNNEEEVVVER AGAIN :)
