Walmart Supercentre Main Store - Grocery

I called in regards to something I bought but did not receive. The first girl who answered wasn't very pleasant and told me she would put me on hold to speak to a manager .. 20 minutes into hold another girl answers and asks who I am on hold for.. I explained and she apologized, she was very helpful, she put me on hold to accounting office for a receipt, I was on hold another 20 mins at that moment I hung up because it's been over 40 minutes and I need to go to work.

Bowmanville location: This to me is beyond the required client service. I require the name of the manicure business within the local Walmart store. I called it was Sunday morning and the person at Walmart did not only provide me with the name of the business but the phone number and the store hour, being pleasant the entire time.

The people here really care and do everything they can for u unlike Oshawa who could care less why u are there or what u need
