Today, a water truck came onto my private property to take water from and environmentally protected wetland. When I told him this, he drove around the corner and took water from the wetland anyway - absolutely no care for environmental no private property laws. There are plenty of areas to take water from which are not environmentally protected.... WHY??? All because they are spraying the water on the roads to keep dust down.. wow!!
