My husband ordered me a long shot americano yesterday, my usual (Mother’s Day). As soon as he (hubby) gave me the coffee, I knew that it’s “not long shots”. I went to the lady who made it and told her...”I’m sorry but I think this is not “long shot Americano”. She gave me a look. Threw the coffee. Made a new one (this time it’s long shots), uses the same coffee cup...Messy Cup! Very RUDE! (lady around 5pm)
If you’re going to do your JOB, just DO IT RIGHT...or just QUIT if you’re not Happy!
Purchased 2 Grande Cinnamon Roll Frapps. They were both extremely bitter and filled with chunks of ice. It also had a Horrible after taste. Could not return them at the time so we just threw them in the garbage. This frapp is usually so good but this time it was THUMPS DOWN
