Optimax Lube Centre

I've been coming here for about 6 years now and it's by far my favourite oil change place I have ever used. They are friendly and knowledgable. I had a serious issue with my car and the guy diagnosed it perfectly and told me how to best manage it. They never push extras on you like just about every oil change place. I would highly recommend.

I have been going to this location for more than 5 years to get my oil changes done. I have had no bad experiences. They always greet me with a smile and always treat me with respect. I would highly recommend this merchant to anyone and as I have in the past and will continue to do so. I am actually heading to this location tonight to get an admissions test done on my Vehicle.

They try to scam ...

They try to scam you to do stuff that you don't need and they always mess your oil plug bolt and then try to sell you one ...they are also very rude..

pennzoil 195 westney ajax, bad service

5 months ago i went to pennzoil on westney rd in ajax to get an oil change. The guy there accidently slammed my hand in my door, which i suffer badly from rhematoid arthritis , he told me next time i come in he would give me a deal. On jan 4th i went and he was very rude to me , first saying tto come back in a week , then telling me he will do it but very nastily saying next time i pay full price of 50 dollars or don't come back. he was neither polite or nice about his treatment of me.
