The portion size is extremely small, especially for what you pay for. You need to get a second or even third piece of chicken just to get your fill.
Sandwiches are disappointing; they're even smaller portions than the chicken.
Service is usually slow, and they tend to foret things in your order.
Might go again, if I'm in the area and have the time to wait.
Swiss chalet is my family and I's favorite restaurant

the atmosphere is ok i guess but the food is absolutly to die for

Not the best Swiss Chalet I've been to; salads are often small and made with mostly lettuce stalks. But for good homestyle chicken & ribs, it makes do.
Staff is hit or miss, can be slow and inattentive.
