Leather Patch

Great place. Great people. They will be my forever go to place.

Two pairs of boots needed new heels & one pair needed stretching. Upon pick up my almost new and very expensive boots had a long deep mark on the boot as if some sort of tool had dug into the leather. I asked what happened and was told the boots came in with the mark and they did nothing. The pair that was supposed to be stretched was not and I was told if left the boots for five more days they would try again.I left with damaged boots. No offer to refund for damage or for service not provided.
