Absolutely awesful. Says my items were delivered but could not provide the usual picture they take and state i muct of lost them...this has happened before!!
my experience with Dynamic was a positive one. i ordered a package through amazon, got it exactly the day i was suppose to and the box was in perfect condition, no damages or issues.
Driver does not knock on door for my delivery address, does not even leave a sticker for failed delivery attempt. This happened multiple times with this delivery provider, resulting in delayed delivery of packages by days. I will be picking up my packages from their warehouse at my expense and also the waste of my time as a result of their delivery drivers.
Horrible Horrible Service! Dropped my package off onto my front steps, in a heavy downpour of rain. Didnt bother to try and leave it in my mailbox or between my front doors. Didnt even bother to knock or ring the doorbell. Total lack of decency!
If i could give negative stars i would. They dont tell you to provide additional info when you place your order, but then require it to deliver. There is no pick up location so if the driver decides not to attempt delivery you must wait until the next buisness day. Currently ive been waiting 45 minutes to get through to customer service, which has a loop of audio talking about their highly qualified customer service team, who was just a rude monotone lady who refused to be of any help last time.
