Another great spot in Horseshoe Bay, the Olive and Anchor is a little more casual than the Boathouse, but offers nearly the same view of the harbour. The patio is small and mostly shaded in summer, but it’s a great spot to sit and enjoy an easy lunch or romantic dinner. The food menu is heavy on local seafood, including oysters, salmon and mussels, but also has a number of burgers, sandwiches and salads.

Located in the picturesque West Vancouver neighbourhood of Horseshoe Bay is the Olive and Anchor. This casual West Coast pub is the perfect spot to stop for lunch before boarding the ferry to Nanaimo or Bowen Island. They feature several sandwiches on the menu including a roasted turkey club, pesto chicken and a Goggie Barbecue Dog that comes loaded with shaved rib-eye in a soy ginger marinade and topped with sautéed onion, coleslaw, miso aioli and tomato salsa.
