Feltham Medical Centre

Overall my family is satisfied with the doctor and the staff. We are fortunate to have a family doctor. The virtual wait times are not an inconvenience for us as we multi task while waiting. The times we had in person visits, the wait time was minimal. If specialist referrals are required, we have been able to get medical attention.

We had an appointment for 11:30 and were not seen until 12:30. I don’t understand this.....the waiting room was practically empty.

I call there and get a recording call immediately again and get busy, have never called there and got through without being put on hold. Standing a reception one day the phone is ringing off the hook and the three employees are gabbing about some movie

Feltham clinic has always met my needs as a patient.
