Very poor experience. They took my deposit but did not arrive to move me and they refuse to return my deposit. Have heard many bad things about this outfit and their staff through searches - what happened to me is very common with them. Keep your money, get moved - hire another reliable firm.
We had a terrible experience with this moving company. We were moving from Fort St. John BC to Toronto ON, we were told it would take 7 to 10 days for delivery. Our stuff was picked up 5 days late, and then were never able to deliver. Our stuff was unloaded from the truck and left in storage containers in Alberta for 45 days. We had to hire another moving company to go and get it from the storage containers, and bring it the rest of the way to Toronto. Nightmare experience.
Moved from Dallas, Texas to Vancouver, BC. Booked a moth prior.
The office coordinated very well with me, packing was very neatly done, care
was taken by the crew, friendly and hardworking. Loaded the truck me the next day, again a swift service.
My delivery arrived as scheduled in Vancouver. just finished unpacking and all seems to be well.

This was truly an excellent moving experience. I have to thank James for fitting my apartment move in at the near last minute, and Danny and Munkie for moving my apartment across Vancouver in less than two hours start to finish during rush hour! They took apart a piece of furniture & packaged it in plastic wrap for storage because it couldn't fit in the door. AMAZING! These three people, made this experience truly wonderful for me. I cannot thank you enough. I absolutely recommend this company.
