I had just entered the store, I was looking at speakers for only a couple minutes when an Employee asked if I needed a hand with anything, I said was all good and continued browsing. He then started to follow and stare at me, Then he called security over to have me kicked out. I asked him what I did to get kicked out and he told me my friends were waiting for me outside, I told him to check the cameras and that I came in alone. Wouldnt let me speak to the manager and insisted I leave immediatly
Geek Squad told me my tablet repair would only take a couple of hours. Waited two days, dropped by, not done. Only need about 30 minutes they said. Said they would call when ready. 2 more days, haven't heard and there is NO NUMBER PROVIDED OR AVAILABLE ONLINE to allow me to get through and talk to a real person!
I give my accolades to the manager in the computer repair shop. He and his crew (Sean, Brent, Gabe)have been very patient with me. They helped me a lot with my computer problems. I for sure would not hesitate in dealing with Future Shop Uptown. Thanks so much guy's. I really do appreciate you all :)
