Approximately after 3 months after completion, the adhesive substance they used on the cabinets started to fail. Their resolve was to tear apart our kitchen and send the defective pieces back for rework (at our cost). They said they could not come to site because they did not do the install. This is absurd as this is clearly a manufacturing defect, not an installation issue (they confirmed this by email). What could have been a simple fix on site resulted in a disappointed customer.
