Extremely judgmental employee that works in Quesnel Branch. Snoopy into customers accounts. Has been my teller numerous times over 11 years and when I had no Id to get a new bank card because mine was broken she denied knowing me as a customer. I was moving that day and had limited funds and was under severe deress. She straight out lied and then went on to criticize me.whout a card or any funds for moving even though I had 1600 dollars in my account.i left crying worst situation in a bank.
